If you follow me on Social Media (you should be!) then you will recognise a bunch of these pictures already. I did go a bit crazy but David and Jen's wedding at Duck Bay Marina, was my first wedding of 2016 and it's safe to say it was amazing.
The weather, the views, the couple, the guests...everything was perfect!
I met David and Jen at the start of January at Duck Bay. We met up for a coffee and a chat about their wedding. One of the first things I noticed was that half of the car park, the entire park at the front of the venue and the famous jetty were submerged in water as Scotland had treated us to some brutal storms causing havoc for Duck Bay. There was talk of venue changes and for most people, it would be stressful but David and Jen didn't care. They told me they just wanted to be married so it didn't matter. These are my kind of people!
Waking up on the wedding day morning, the sun splitting the trees and the blue skies with little pockets of clouds... It was obvious it was going to be a great day for David and Jen.
Spending the day with a couple, capturing moments and witnessing the various emotions they go through throughout the day is something i'm very lucky to be part of. David and Jen put their trust in me and let me have full control over how I worked throughout the day.
Thank you David and Jen, it was a pleasure!
