It’s been a month since my last blog but hopefully it won’t be as long till my next one. I’m shooting so many amazing weddings that it’s hard to keep up with the blogging but I’ll be plodding away as they need to be seen but today…It’s all about Liana and Robert. 2 amazingly lovely people who I am so fortunate to have met and now count them as friends of mine. We’ve even met for coffee and french toast since their wedding back in October last year.
This was an extremely special one. They got married at the National Mining Museum in Edinburgh. Such a unique and amazing venue. The rise in more alternative venues recently is very welcome and I’m loving going to new places and feeling even more inspired than normal. The national mining museum is a gorgeous place with lots of natural light and an abundance of fairy lights that us togs absolutely love. The grounds have all sorts of spots for amazing pictures and there were so many more areas to explore. I will hopefully be back some day soon.
Liana and Robert are wedding photographers…and they’re pretty damn good so I was nervous on the lead up to their wedding but after a couple of skypes I knew these guys were going to be cool and I was not wrong. Their wedding was one of the most personal I’ve ever witnessed and with Liana being from Romania and Robert from Trinidad, it was amazing to see them bring some unique traditions to the day.
This was a stonkingly good wedding and a huge thank you to Liana and Robert for having me as their photographer. You guys are the cutest.
Huge thank you to my 2nd shooter David for helping me on the day. You are a legend!
