Welcome to your proposal! It is a different kind of proposal and perhaps not as spectacular as an impromptu proposal on a beautiful Ayrshire beach, but it is a proposal nonetheless. First and foremost, let me congratulate you again on becoming engaged. Wedding planning is quite an undertaking, and with so many options for everything, it can be daunting. My goal is to make the photography part of your wedding experience as simple and as easy as possible and with that, I’ve listed a package that I think will give you everything you need to have a wonderful photography experience.

FULL DAY COVERAGE BY ROSS + ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER

I believe this option will suit your needs best as, on the morning of your wedding, you will both be in separate locations. Including a 2nd photographer will allow both of you to have your own dedicated photographer to capture all the excitement of how your wedding day began. Also, with your estimated guest list of 192 people, having a 2nd photographer will create more images of your guests enjoying the day and allow me to focus more on the VIP’s like your immediate family, bridal party and of course, the stars of you show, you both! I hand pick all of my associate photographers, they are all full time wedding photographers with their own businesses and create stunning work. I only choose photographers who I value as people as well as photographers who will enhance and bring added value to your day.

I’ve included a breakdown of what the tailored package includes below.

Includes:

11 hours of coverage by Ross and the associate photographer. We will start separately with each of you around 2-3 hours before your ceremony capturing all the morning antics, details and emotions of your wedding day morning, and be there throughout the entire day until at least 1 hour of dancing in the evening. You mentioned you want to have a big party and I’m there to catch all the moves and spilled drinks!

I will provide a minimum of 800 images, showing all the details, the people, the fun times, the happy tears and the celebration, as well as some important family group photos, All individually edited by me in my signature editing style comprising of a mix of colour and Black and White edits.

Your images will be presented in an online gallery with free, un-watermaked and unlimited downloads for family and friends. High resolution and ready for print.

You will also receive a gorgeous Toundra Velvet presentation memory box with 10 7x5 fine art mounted prints that can either be framed or kept as a family hierloom.

Additionally, I also provide a custom highlights slideshow (view a sample slideshow here) that you can view as a little pre gallery warm up with a couple of glasses of fizz. The tears will be flowing!

Of course, All travel and accommodation is included and there are no hidden costs.

Lastly, I am here for anything you need. With 13 years experience and over 500 weddings photographed, I know weddings like the back of my hand. I’m here for anything you need and I love to meet every one of my couples before their day to go over all the finer details in order to deliver the best service and experience I can for you.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? HOW DO WE BOOK IN?

All bookings are confirmed after agreeing to the contract and receipt of a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the package cost. This goes towards the final balance which is split over 2 payments. 30% of the total cost due 6 months before the wedding and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.

Photography is a personal thing. I love being trusted with couples’ memories of their wedding day so I want to be on top of my game and be as fresh as I can be for your big day. I’m there all day and I give my all to make your experience memorable. I take on a limited amount of weddings each year.
