Every now and then a wedding comes along where you think to yourself..."I would shoot this wedding every week if I could" and Dawn and Davids wedding was just that. 

I was hyped up for their wedding as I know David and Dawn from waaaaaaaay back and I photographed their son, Harrison, when he was 2 years old. Now, he's 7 and is the most charismatic young man I've ever met. You'll see what I mean later.  

The wedding was held at the recently renovated Crossbasket Castle. Tucked away in a corner of Blantyre. There's quite a history attached to the venue and it's hard to believe it's lay unused for so long given that it has such beautiful surroundings and is an impressive building. After millions of pounds of investment it is now a hotel and wedding venue and it is absolutely stunning. I was spoiled for choice and with Dawn and David's personalities shining through in the pictures, it coupled as the perfect balance for a wedding. 

I had a blast and the day was filled with happy people from start to finish.
